Rutherford Stuyvesant "Profanity Houses" Burned Down

Today was a beautiful Autumn day with temperatures reaching in the 70's.  A friend and I went venturing out exploring as it's been a while and want to get back into Urban Exploration.  Being he only moved in the area a year ago, I took him to the Rutherford Stuyvesant Estate or better known as "Profanity House."  When we arrived and trekked on foot, I was sad to discover that the North House was burned with only a few walls in tact.

A bit later we hiked to the Large Red House and notice the West House was completely burned down to the ground leaving only the stone foundation and a few charred beams that lay flat on the ground.

It's apparent that these abandoned homes were deliberately burned within that past few months.  With some searching on the internet, I have found nothing stating how or when this occurred.  If anyone knows anything about what happened, please feel free to contact me or leave a comment.
